FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

May 15, 2025: Please complete and submit the flight reservation form if you wish to join the group flight. Please register online with credit card payment.

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

Your return ticket is valid until February 08, 2026 (6 months) from Bangkok back to the city of your departure.
We are offering group return flights departing Bangkok on August 19, 2025.
Any unused portion of your return ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are offering a flexible cancellation policy in case you are not able to travel. You have the option to keep the credit of the ticket for future travel until May/14/2026.

If you prefer to receive a refund for the ticket instead of keeping the travel credit, you may cancel until Jul/08/2025 for only $300. After Jul/08/2025 the ticket is non-refundable.

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING

PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 2 free bags weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and depth). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 10 pounds and the total dimension of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and depth).

All airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in oversized or overweight luggage because it might result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle your luggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your journey much easier.
