Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Fukuoka, Japan for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Eva Air from Los Angeles to Fukuoka departing on March 25, 2025. Please register online above to join the group flight.

THE GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT IN FUKUOKA. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT, BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

We are offering a group return flight departing Fukuoka on August 06, 2025. You may fly back with the group, or you may pick your own independent return flight date.

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES
January 22, 2025: Please complete the flight reservation form online with credit card payment if you wish to join the group flight.
TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION
- Your return ticket is valid until March 24, 2026 (1 year) from Fukuoka back to the city of your departure based on your choice on reservation form.
- We are offering a group return flight departing Fukuoka on August 06, 2025. You may fly back with the group, or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Fukuoka. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
- Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for $100 plus any difference in fare by emailing our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to the availability of the flights and require advance notice. The ticket you are purchasing has limited availability on the flights. Please note that June, July, August, November and December are the busiest months for travel.
- Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel at any time prior to departure for only $300. You would receive a full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee.
YOUR TICKET DELIVERY
Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed to check in 2 free bags weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 15 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).
All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in oversized or overweight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
