UIL Architecture Spain 2025 Program
Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University of Illinois to provide a group flight to Spain for your study abroad program. Frosch Student Travel is a leading travel agency with 60 years of experience specializing in student travel.
We will provide round-trip transportation on United Airlines from Chicago to Barcelona departing on September 01, 2025, and returning from Barcelona on May 15, 2026.

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES
June 25, 2025: Please complete the flight reservation form if you wish to join the group flight. To make reservations, please complete and submit the form online with credit card payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You are allowed to cancel with a $300 cancelation fee until July/15/2025. After July/15/2025 the ticket is non-refundable and you may keep the credit for one year.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry-on one bag not including a laptop, purse or small backpack. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).
All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your journey much easier.
