Frosch Student Travel is partnering with the UCEAP Program to provide an optional group flight to Catania, Italy for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Lufthansa Airlines/United Airlines from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Catania (serving Syracuse) departing on September 25, 2025.

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION
- Your return ticket is valid until September 24, 2026 (1 year) from Catania back to the city of your departure.
- We are offering group return flight departing Catania on December 13, 2025.You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Catania. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
- Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date by contacting our Frosch Student Travel groups department office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require advance notice. December, May, June, July and August are the busiest months for travel between Europe and the USA. The ticket you are purchasing is a student ticket and has limited availability on the flights.
- Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are offering a flexible cancellation policy in case you are not able to travel.
You may cancel your ticket until Aug/15/2025 for only $300. You will receive a refund with a $300 cancellation fee. After Aug/15/2025 the ticket is non-refundable. For completely unused reound-trip tickets you have the option to keep the credit of the ticket for future travel until Jul/01/2026. Once abroad there is no refund and no travel credit.

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 15 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).
All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in oversized or overweight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
