CANCELLATION FEES

Permission to cancel must be requested through University of Illinois. The cancellation penalty for the AIR TICKET only is $400.
Changes can be made to the return DATE only, no city changes, for a fee of $350 due to Frosch Student Travel.

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address on the reservation form. Please advise April Thomas directly if you would like it sent elsewhere.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bags weighing not more than 50 pound, a 2nd bag is allowed at a $70 fee. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length , width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 13 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).
All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
