Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to San Sebastian, Spain for your study abroad program. Frosch Student Travel is a leading travel agency with 60 years of experience specializing in student travel. We will provide round-trip transportation on Iberia Airlines from New York to San Sebastian departing on June 30, 2024. Please register online above to join the group flight.

We also have flights from all other cities in the US to New York to connect you with group flight. Please continue to register online above and specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below.

Under departure options please select “book a connecting flight”. The “from” box will appear and you may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. You may also choose to return from a different city in Europe. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive and accept a fare quote. We will contact you regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. OUTBOUND FLIGHT ITINERARY

(Your luggage will be checked-in all the way to San Sebastian upon check-in.)

GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT SAN SEBASTIAN AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT, BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering a group return flight departing San Sebastian on July 31, 2024.

If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may register online above and specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below.

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until June 29, 2025 (1 year) from San Sebastian back to the city of your departure.
• We are offering a group return flight departing San Sebastian on July 31, 2024.You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from San Sebastian. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date by contacting Frosch Student Travel by email. You will be responsible for fare difference (if any) for the change. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights.
• Once abroad any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised this is a non-refundable ticket. You have the option to keep the credit of the ticket for future travel for one year.

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to the email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  We will provide free preassigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free preassigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees. 

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length , width and height). You may also carry-on one bag not including a laptop, purse or small back-pack. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or overweight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
