STUDENT GROUP FLIGHT
INFORMATION AND RESERVATION FORM
PRAGUE FALL 2020 SEMESTER

Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Prague, Czech Republic for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Lufthansa Airlines/United Airlines from San Francisco and Newark to Prague departing on September 19, 2020. 

You may also depart from your home city to merge with the group flight. Please register online above and specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below.

Under departure options please select “other” and “depart from an alternate city”. The “from” box will appear and you may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. You may also choose to return from a different city in Europe. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive and accept a fare quote. We will contact you regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. (Your luggage will be checked-in all the way to Prague upon check-in.)

GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT PRAGUE AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT, BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering group return flights departing Prague on December 19, 2020.

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until September 18, 2021 (1 year) from Prague back to the city of your departure.
• We are offering group return flight departing Prague on December 19, 2020. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Prague. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you may change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $250 plus any difference in fare based on availability by contacting our Frosch Student Travel groups department office while abroad.
• In the event of an emergency evacuation change fees will be waived.
• Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are offering a flexible cancellation policy in case you are not able to travel. You have the option to keep the full credit of the ticket for future travel until Jun/30/2022 without penalty.

If you prefer to receive a refund for the ticket instead of keeping the travel credit, you may cancel at any time prior to departure for only $300. You would receive a full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee. 

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS

Please note that the following terms and conditions will be applicable to all passengers who are financial aid students.

August 15, 2020: Your reservation form must be received by Frosch Student Travel along with a payment of $400 as a deposit to secure your space on the group flight.

It is your responsibility to pay the balance payment of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure date. Your ticket will not be released until you pay the full balance to Frosch Student Travel. You are responsible to follow up with the Financial Aid office and pay us 2 weeks prior to departure. Your Financial Aid office is not responsible for paying the balance of your ticket to us.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You may check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 15 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels much easier.
