We will provide round-trip transportation on United Airlines from New York Newark airport non stop and with United Airlines from Nashville and Chicago meeting in Chicago to travel together departing on May 09, 2012.

RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

We are offering a group return flight departing London on June 2, 2012, You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date or city. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $300 by contacting our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require advance notice. The ticket you are purchasing is a student ticket and has limited availability on the flights. Please note that June, July, and August are the busiest months for travel.
City or Destination changes are not allowed under any circumstances. Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

To make reservations, please select from one of the following options:
1. Complete and submit form online with credit card payment
2. Print and fax/scan with your credit card number
3. Print and mail with check or money order

CANCELLATION FEES

All tickets are non refundable. *IF YOU WOULD LIKE A MORE FLEXIBLE TICKET PLEASE LET US KNOW. THEY ARE AVAILABLE BUT ARE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OPTION*

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 bag each weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and depth). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 12 pounds and the total dimension of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and depth).

All airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over sized or over weight luggage because it might result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

If you have any specific questions about the luggage please call UNITED AIRLINES at 1-800-864-8331. Please note that you must be able to handle all your luggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
