Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Hamburg, Germany for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on United/Lufthansa Airlines from San Francisco and Chicago to Hamburg departing on September 01, 2021.

If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may register online above and specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below.

Under departure options please select “other” and “depart from an alternate city”. The “from” box will appear and you may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive and accept a fare quote. We will contact you via email regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. OUTBOUND FLIGHT ITINERARY

GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT HAMBURG AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT , BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering a group return flight departing Hamburg on December 22, 2021 and May 04, 2022.

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until August 31, 2022 (one year) from Hamburg back to the city of your departure based on option specified on reservation form.
• We are offering a group return flight departing Hamburg on December 22, 2021 and May 04, 2022. You may fly back with the group, or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Hamburg based on option chosen on reservation form. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date by contacting the Frosch Student Travel groups department while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are offering a flexible cancellation policy in case you are not able to travel. You have the option to keep the full credit of the ticket for future travel until Dec/30/2022 without penalty due to Covid-19.

If you prefer to receive a refund for the ticket instead of keeping the travel credit, you may cancel at any time prior to departure for only $300. You would receive a full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee. 

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to the email address specified on the reservation form.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS

Please note that the following terms and conditions will be applicable to all passengers who are financial aid students.

July 23, 2021: Your reservation form must be received by Frosch Student Travel along with a payment of $400 as a deposit to secure your space on the group flight.

It is your responsibility to pay the balance payment of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure date. Your ticket will not be released until you pay the full balance to Frosch Student Travel. You are responsible to follow up with the Financial Aid office and pay us 2 weeks prior to departure. Your Financial Aid office is not responsible for paying the balance of your ticket to us.

September 01, 2021: Depart for Hamburg, Germany

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length , width and height). You may also carry-on one bag not including a laptop, purse or small backpack. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels much easier.
