STUDENT GROUP FLIGHT
INFORMATION AND RESERVATION FORM
POLAND SUMMER 2020 SESSION

Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Krakow, Poland for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Lufthansa Airlines / United Airlines from San Francisco and Chicago to Krakow, Poland departing on May 26, 2020. 

If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may register online above and specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below.

Under departure options please select “other” and “depart from an alternate city”. The “from” box will appear and you may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. You may also choose to return from a different city in Europe. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive and accept a fare quote. We will contact you regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. OUTBOUND FLIGHT ITINERARY

GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT KRAKOW AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT, BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering group return flight departing Krakow on July 10, 2020 with an option to fly back independently on a different return date. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.

Please be advised your return flights may be booked differently in order to accommodate necessary connecting flights.

ROUND TRIP AIR FARE (inclusive of all taxes)

You may specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under “departure options”. Please choose to “other” and “depart from an alternate city to merge with the group” and continue to complete the reservation form. You may specify the city you would like to depart from in the “from” box on the form. Your card will not be charged until you receive a fare quote. FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until November 25, 2020 (6 months) from Krakow back to the city of your departure.
• We are offering a group return flight departing Krakow on July 10, 2020. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Poland. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $250 plus any difference in fare based on availability by contacting our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require 30 days advance notice. May, June, July and August are the busiest months for travel to the USA. The ticket you are purchasing is a student ticket and has limited availability on the flights.
• Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION FEES

You are allowed to cancel your ticket for a fee of $400 until April 20, 2020. After April 20, 2020 your ticket will become non-refundable.

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS

Please note that the following terms and conditions will be applicable to all passengers who are financial aid students.

March 01, 2020: Your reservation form must be received by Frosch Student Travel along with a payment of $400 as a deposit to secure your space on the group flight.

It is your responsibility to pay the balance payment of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure date. Your ticket will not be released until you pay the full balance to Frosch Student Travel. You are responsible to follow up with the Financial Aid office and pay us 2 weeks prior to departure. Your Financial Aid office is not responsible for paying the balance of your ticket to us.

SEATING

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry-on 1 free bag weighing not more than 12 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

The airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please be able to handle all your own baggage. Traveling with light baggage will make your travels much easier.
