Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Seoul, Korea for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Eva Air from Los Angeles to Seoul departing on August 25, 2023.

If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may register online above and specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below.

Under departure options please select “other” and “depart from an alternate city”. The “from” box will appear and you may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive and accept a fare quote. We will contact you regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering group return flights departing Seoul on December 22, 2023 and June 15, 2024. You may fly back with the group or you may pick your own independent return flight date. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR PROGRAM ADVISOR IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHICH OPTION IS BEST FOR YOU.

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until August 24, 2024 (1 year) from Seoul back to the city of your departure.
• We are offering group return flights departing Seoul on December 22, 2023 and June 15, 2024. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Seoul. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date by contacting our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require advance notice. The ticket you are purchasing has limited availability on the flights. Please note that June, July, August, November and December are the busiest months for travel.
• Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET. You have the option to cancel and keep the credit of the ticket for future travel for one year. 

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees. 

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 2 free bags weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and depth). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 10 pounds and the total dimension of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and depth).

All airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in oversized or overweight luggage because it might result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle your luggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels much easier.
