IP GERMANY FALL 2024 PROGRAM

Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the California State University, International Programs to provide a group flight to Frankfurt, Germany for your study abroad program. Frosch Student Travel is a leading travel agency with 60 years of experience specializing in student travel. Please find the information for your group flight below along with a few advantages to using student class airfares:

We will provide round-trip or one-way transportation on Lufthansa Airlines/United Airlines from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Frankfurt, Germany departing on July 30, 2024. 

We are not able to book a round-trip ticket valid for over one-year. We will issue a one-way ticket to Germany only. You will be responsible for purchasing your own return ticket if returning past Jul/29/2025. 

Please note the Lufthansa Airlines check-in agent may ask for proof of German Visa at flight check-in time since you are traveling with a  one-way ticket.  As per airline rules, passengers must have proof of return flight if they do not have proof of a valid German Visa.  Please make sure that you have proof to show them about your Visa status in Germany as a student at time of flight check-in on the day of departure.

We are offering group return flights departing Frankfurt on June 30, 2025,  July 19, 2025 and July 27, 2025.

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is only valid until July 29, 2025 (1 year) from Frankfurt back to the city of your departure.
• We are offering group return flights departing Frankfurt on June 30, 2025,  July 19, 2025 and July 27, 2025. You may fly back with the group, or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Frankfurt. Please specify your choice on the reservation form. If returning past Jul/29/2025 we will only issue a one-way ticket.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed round-trip return flight date by contacting our Frosch Student Travel groups department office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are offering a flexible cancellation policy in case you are not able to travel. You have the option to keep the credit of the ticket for future travel.

If you prefer to receive a refund for the ticket instead of keeping the travel credit, you may cancel at any time prior to departure for only $300. You would receive a full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee. 

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEAT FEES: Please note that Lufthansa Airline charge $45 each way on their long haul flights from US to Germany. Free seat selection option will be available at the airport on the day of departure/flight check-in time. Please let us know if you want to assign/pay for seat in advance.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 15 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
