STUDENT GROUP FLIGHT
INFORMATION AND RESERVATION FORM
BRAZIL SPRING 2022 SEMESTER

Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Florianopolis, Brazil for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on American Airlines & GOL Airlines from Miami to Florianopolis departing on January 18, 2022.

We have flights from all other cities in the USA to connect with the group flight in Miami. Please continue  to register online above and specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below. 

All flights from various cities in the USA will merge with the Miami group flight.

Under departure options please select “other” and “depart from an alternate city”. The “from” box will appear and you may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive and accept a fare quote. We will contact you via email regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. OUTBOUND FLIGHT ITINERARY

GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT THE FLORIANOPOLIS AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT , BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering group return flight departing Florianopolis on May 14, 2022 with an option to fly back independently on a different return date. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.

ROUND TRIP AIR FARE (inclusive of all taxes)

If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may register online above and specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below. 

All flights will merge with the Miami group flight.

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until July 17, 2022 (6 months) from Florianopolis back to the city of your departure.
• We are offering a group return flight departing Florianopolis on May 14, 2022. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Brazil. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date with no change fees. You will be responsible to pay for fare difference only for the change. Please note all changes are strictly subject to flight availability. Please email us with your change requests studentgroups@frosch.com
• Once abroad unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are offering a flexible cancellation policy in case you are not able to travel. You have the option to cancel and keep the full credit of the ticket for future travel until December/2022 without penalty.

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees. 

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry-on 1 free bag weighing not more than 12 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

The airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please be able to handle all your own baggage. Traveling with light baggage will make your travels much easier.
