We will provide round-trip transportation on Virgin Atlantic Airways from Los Angeles & San Francisco to London departing on June 13, 2012.

Please mail your completed Reservation Form, including full payment information to Travel CUTS if you would like to join the Group flight.
TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION
– Your return ticket is valid until June 12, 2013 (one year) from London to the city of your departure.
– We are offering a group return flight departing on July 28, 2011. You have the option to fly back with the group flight or return independently if you decide to stay longer and travel in Europe after the completion of your program. Please specify your return flight date on the reservation form.
– Once in London, you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $100 by emailing us your request at Groups-usa@travelcuts.com. All date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require at least 90 days advance notice.
– City or Destination changes are not allowed under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION FEES
You are allowed to cancel your ticket for a fee of $300 until March 30, 2012. After March 30, 2012 your ticket will become non-refundable.
YOUR TICKET DELIVERY
Your round-trip Electronic ticket receipt will be mailed to you 4 weeks prior to your group departure date.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed to check-in 1 bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. Second bag check-in fee is $60 weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length and width). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 12 pounds and the total dimension of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length and width).
All airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over sized or over weight luggage because it might result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all your luggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
