If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form. Under departure options please select “other” and “depart from an alternate city”. The “from” box will appear and you may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. You may also choose to return from a different city in Europe. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive a fare quote. TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

Your return ticket is valid until January 05, 2016 (one year) from Madrid back to the city of your departure based on option specified on reservation form.
We are offering a group return flight departing Madrid on May 16, 2015. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Madrid based on option chosen on reservation form. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $100 for the first change and $250 plus any difference in fare for further date changes by contacting the Frosch Student Travel groups department while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require 90 day advance notice. May, June, July and August are the busiest months for travel between Europe and the USA. The ticket you are purchasing is a student ticket with limited availability on the flights.
Routing changes to return from a different city are not allowed under any circumstances. Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION FEES

You are allowed to cancel your ticket for a fee of $400 until November 28, 2014. After November 28, 2014 your ticket will become non-refundable.

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to the email address specified on the reservation form.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS

Please note that the following terms and conditions will be applicable to all passengers who are financial aid students.

September 26, 2014: Your reservation form must be received by Frosch Student Travel along with a payment of $400 as a deposit to secure your space on the group flight.

It is your responsibility to pay the balance payment of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure date. Your ticket will not be released until you pay the full balance to Frosch Student Travel. You are responsible to follow up with the Financial Aid office and pay us 2 weeks prior to departure. Your Financial Aid office is not responsible for paying the balance of your ticket to us.

January 06, 2015: Depart for Madrid, Spain

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length , width and height). You may also carry-on one bag not including a laptop, purse or small back-pack. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
