Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Hamburg, Germany for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Lufthansa Airlines from San Francisco and Chicago to Hamburg departing on January 07, 2015.

If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may specify your preferred departure city on the reservation form. You may also choose to return from a different city in Europe. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your card will not be charged until you receive a fare quote. We will contact you regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. OUTBOUND FLIGHT ITINERARY

(Your luggage will be checked-in all the way to Hamburg upon check-in.)

GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT HAMBURG AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT, BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering group return flight departing Hamburg on May 04, 2015.

ROUND TRIP AIR FARE (inclusive of all taxes)

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until January 06, 2016 (1 year) from Hamburg back to the city of your departure based on your choice specified on the reservation form.
• We are offering group return flights departing Hamburg on May 04, 2015. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Hamburg. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $100 by contacting our Frosch Student Travel groups department office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require 90 days advance notice. December, May, June, July and August are the busiest months for travel between Europe and the USA. The ticket you are purchasing is a student ticket and has limited availability on the flights.
• City or Destination changes are not allowed under any circumstances. En-route stop-over is not allowed. Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION FEES

You are allowed to cancel your ticket for a fee of $400 until November 28, 2014. After November 28, 2014 your ticket will become non-refundable.

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS

Please note that the following terms and conditions will be applicable to all passengers who are financial aid students.

September 26, 2014: Your reservation form must be received by Frosch Student Travel along with a payment of $400 as a deposit to secure your space on the group flight.

It is your responsibility to pay the balance payment of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure date. Your ticket will not be released until you pay the full balance to Frosch Student Travel. You are responsible to follow up with the Financial Aid office and pay us 2 weeks prior to departure. Your Financial Aid office is not responsible for paying the balance of your ticket to us.

January 07, 2015: Depart for Hamburg, Germany

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 15 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels much easier.
