Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the California State University, International Programs to provide an optional group flight to Tokyo, Japan for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on All Nippon Airways from Los Angeles to Tokyo departing on September 10, 2013.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS
We are offering a group return flight departing Tokyo on July 27, 2014. You may fly back with the group or you may pick your own independent return flight date. (Please note the airline does not offer access to this date until the end of October 2013 since it is too far in advance. You will be booked with the latest return date possible and then will be required to pay the $300 date change fee to reschedule your return date once the date becomes accessible.)

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES
|MAY 10, 2013:||Please complete the flight reservation form if you wish to join the group flight.

2. Print and mail with check or money order

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION
- Your return ticket is valid until September 09, 2014 (1 Year) from Tokyo back to the city of your departure based on your choice on reservation form.
- We are offering a group return flight departing Tokyo on July 27, 2014. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Tokyo. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
- Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $300 by contacting our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require 90 days or more advance notice.
- City or Destination changes are not allowed under any circumstances. Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.
You are allowed to cancel your ticket for a fee of $400 until July 19, 2013. After July 19, 2013 your ticket will become non-refundable.

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS
Please note that the following terms and conditions will be applicable to all passengers who are financial aid students.
MAY 10, 2013: Your reservation form must be received by Frosch Student Travel along with a payment of $400 as a deposit to secure your space on the group flight.
It is your responsibility to pay the balance payment of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure date. Your ticket will not be released until you pay the full balance to Frosch Student Travel. You are responsible to follow up with the Financial Aid office and pay us 2 weeks prior to departure. Your Financial Aid office is not responsible for paying the balance of your ticket to us.
September 10, 2013: Depart for Tokyo, Japan
You are allowed to check-in 2 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 15 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).
All airlines are very strict about baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.
Please note that you must be able to handle all baggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
