FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES
SEP 14, 2015: | Please complete the flight reservation form if you wish to join the group flight. To make reservations, please select from one of the following options: 1. TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION
- Your return ticket is valid until December 25, 2016 (1 year) from Bangalore back to the city of your departure.
- We are offering group return flights departing Bangalore on January 17, 2016. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Bangalore. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
- Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for a fee of $100 based on availability for the first change and $250 for any further changes by contacting our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require 90 day advance notice. The ticket you are purchasing is a student ticket and has limited availability on the flights. Please note that June, July, August, November and December are the busiest months for travel.
- City or Destination changes are not allowed under any circumstances. Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION FEES
You are allowed to cancel your ticket for a fee of $400 until November 27, 2015. After November 27, 2015 your ticket will become non-refundable.
YOUR TICKET DELIVERY
Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS
Please note that the following terms and conditions will be applicable to all passengers who are financial aid students.
September 14, 2015: Your reservation form must be received by Frosch Student Travel along with a payment of $400 as a deposit to secure your space on the group flight.
It is your responsibility to pay the balance payment of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure date. Your ticket will not be released until you pay the full balance to Frosch Student Travel. You are responsible to follow up with the Financial Aid office and pay us 2 weeks prior to departure. Your Financial Aid office is not responsible for paying the balance of your ticket to us.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and depth). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 12 pounds and the total dimension of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and depth).
All airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over sized or over weight luggage because it might result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please note that you must be able to handle luggage on your own. Traveling with light luggage will make your travels so much easier.
